About me:
My name is Marco Herrera, I am originaly from Honduras, C.A but have been living in Canada most of my life. I'm a self-taught artist. I have been interested in various forms of art since I was a child including Painting and Photography. I continued to study these types of art in high school and throughout my life. My Art Style is Photo~Manipulations. Photo Manipulation is an application of image editing techniques to photographs to create an illusion. I combine or blend various photographs "with the permission of the original photographers" to create one single image. My final images show different worlds and Mystical beings. I love this type of work because it gives me the chance to tell a story and gives me the chance to express myself. Some of my art pieces involve dark themes and artistic nudity that could make some viewers uncomfortable. But I assure that is not my intention. I as an artist want to take the viewers on an imaginary trip, to make them think and look twice at my work. Feel free to check my Gallery out and leave any comment you like.
