Biography: Melissa Pérez Cadavid

 

Melissa Pérez Cadavid
She was born on September 2, 1990 in Envigado, Antioquia, Colombia. 

 

She started in the drawing when she was 6 years old, but always as a hobby. When she was 16 she realized of her talent and she started to make more drawings for friends and for the school.

Then she started to make her own drawings that in her opinion are the reflect of some hard moments of her life. Now she's studying Technology of Systems in Medellin, Antioquia (Colombia), but she keep doing drawings for some friends and some events.

She's an empirical cartoonist, she prefer the pencil, the colors and the paper instead of canvas; and she's looking for an opportunity to make some drawings for a children's story.
