G A P A L 

 
I was born in Caracas, Venezuela in 1953.  Showing passionate interest in molding, and drawing, at the age of five my parents bought me a box of coloring oils, watercolors, crayons, brushes, and plasters to play with, and since then I started constructing my own universe,   Later in the1970’s, attending High school, I  went to the prestigious School of Plastic arts Cristobal Rojas, in Caracas.  learning from the Masters on their ateliers & Studios. Until 1980’s when I came to the United States and made my individual studio at the W. Rogers State University, and at Central State University Edmond OK.
 Later on in the 1990’s I started instructing Plastic & Visual Arts on different levels at The Cultural Arts Center in TorranceCalifornia, and performing in front of a public audience The Chromosymphony in conjunction with the Torrance Symphony Orchestra. 
 
At the beginning of the 21st Century new experiences manifested onto my new life in Miami, I began a new series of Paintings which started developing throughout correlative dynamics and poly chromatic dialogs emphasizing rhythm and graphism producing a quasi-three dimensional effect into my creation. Chromosymphony is a music-color analogy, original mixed media is applied in to the Paintings & Drawings, In all of my Art pieces a wonderful pro-positive correlation with the Universe is intended, and is exactly what I had been doing in all of my creative life.
 
 As a Professional Artist I make present my childhood innocence, and release myself into my artwork and feel infinite passion, wonders, and joy, as I am the creator, of my Universe.
